In chapter 4 we learned the power of the Reality Model by hearing how it was taught to high school kids who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. The model can be used by anyone in life, under any life circumstance. It doesn’t simply fix things; it can also improve things that are already quite good. The goal of this chapter is for you to learn in depth the steps involved in using the model in your own life and to be able to teach it to someone else.
